Chiara is a vibrant beautiful dog. Her behavior and temperament still amaze most everyone. Our vet thought she was one of the most beautiful, good tempered, stable and best behaved dogs she has ever seen in her years of practice. She encouraged me to get Chiara a companion, if possible, from the same breeder. So, kudos to you. I truly want to thank you and Richard for your integrity in living up to the promise you made to us... It is just another thing that assures us that you and Richard have a lot of integrity and are NOT in this exclusively for the money like many breeders are. Vahila Cane Corsos is the primary example of a responsible breeder, breeding healthy and conformative dogs, and also being supportive of them. This is the best dog that I could have possibly chosen to spend our lives with. People should know that this is what a true Cane Corso should be like. Her temperament is spot on, perfect, as far as I am concerned. I will also say, that she has a drive that just won't quit, she is very eager to train. Our trainer said that she could be an ambassador of the breed, and a great example to prevent any miss-judgments about the breed. Laura, and Richard, you guys are great and amazing. Our puppies are everything I ever wanted and everything I didn’t even know I could have. They amaze me every day with their agility, beauty and intelligence. It has been extremely reassuring knowing that we could depend on Laura and Richard for guidance along the way. We have spent collective hours on the phone with them throughout this process. They have never discounted any of my endless “new puppy mommy” jitters and frets, and they have been reassuring and encouraging throughout. I always appreciate knowing that they are accessible and eager to help if we need them. It has become evident to me that sending their puppies away to their new homes marks the beginning of a relationship for them rather than the end. Diezel is extremely special to me because he works in a service dog capacity with children in my Daycare which have various special needs including Aspergers Disorder, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and Global Development Delay. It is truly heartwarming to watch Diezel with the children - he is so calm and gentle they can do anything to him and he loves it. The children have all bonded tightly to Diezel and he brings true joy and calmness of mind to children that sometimes find it hard to relax and express emotion. When I began looking for a dog for our family and to work with the children in my Daycare, I wanted a dog that would protect my home, family and the children but at the same time I needed a dog that I could trust completely with the children. I’m not saying the past breeders were bad, but we just didn’t ‘get’ the concept that an exceptional breeder was one who not only stood up for the breed by breeding for the betterment of the breed as a whole, but one who stood 100% behind their pups, and were continuously available for advice, encouragement and most importantly, true education on the breed. Without their conscientious breeding program, their love for this amazing breed and their willingness to continue through us to see the Corso represented, I don’t think we would have realized the success with Bella that we have. When the time comes, we will most definitely go to Vahila cane Corsos for our next Corso.

After searching extensively for breeders I came across Vahila cane Corso website and was very impressed with the amount of work and dedication that is put into the site. Everything posted in the site is true, and after speaking with them I was satisfied with their professionalism and their willingness to always answer/address my questions and concerns (even after I had received my puppy). I feel comfortable that I can call them with any concern that I may have during the life of my dog. This was not my first Cane Corso but her temperament and balance are my favorite of the 3 that I have. She has great environmental adaptability, excellent prey drive ... she has the capability to do whatever anyone could possibly do with their dog. The two of you have been fantastic to deal with. I have always found it so excellent how much knowledge and love for this breed the two of you have. The passion for what you do is obvious and it is so contagious that it is easy to see why people who are lucky enough to get a puppy from you become like extended family. "Nero is the center of our world and I cant even put into words what an amazing dog he is!" "Nero is doing wonderful and we can't even begin to explain the joy he has brought to our lives! He is ever grateful, always well mannered, over-the-top loving, extremely smart, protective when appropriate...did I mention he is the PERFECT dog and BEST friend!!? His intelligence is truly remarkable, hardly a day goes by that Art & I aren't amazed by something he has done or noticed. He gets an incredible amount of attention from anyone we encounter (due to his good looks and regal demeanor). We always marvel that almost every single person we encounter (lots, since we live in the city) make a point to comment on his beauty and personality.
"I just couldn't wait to tell you how pleased we are with Bael (AKA Romeo). He is such a good tempered dog! I can see his confidence already. He has such a good temperament and knows how to turn it on and off. Romeo is doing good and he is the most obedient dog I have ever owned. He is also very drivey, full of energy can bounce around like he is a 20 pound terrier. He is a very strong and intelligent dog, I have done some light protection work with him and on a companion protection level he is on the money. God help the person that ever tries to break in our house or tries to car-jack my family while he is with us. I have done some mock bank ATM scenarios and all he needs to hear is his command and he is at full attention. Its funny but friends and family members cannot believe that such a well mannered "big baby" could be such a fierce protector at the drop of a dime.
